8) The Miz

The Miz was one of the most entertaining parts of WWE in 2016. He had many great moments and helped elevate the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Smackdown Live and Talking Smack have given the Miz a platform to showcase his abilities as a performer. We have seen him in some memorable matches and moments throughout the year, including his blow-out with Daniel Bryan where fans still don’t know if it was scripted or not:

With the Miz recently dropping the Intercontinental Title, it has been theorized by many that he could be making the jump into the main event picture. A Royal Rumble win would certainly help fast forward that jump.

The Miz won’t be a threat in this years Rumble for his physical prowess. He will do anything to win and it doesn’t matter if he has to cheat or who he has to screw over in the process. This makes the Miz a legit threat for this years Rumble in our eyes.
