With Becky Lynch likely returning to WWE soon, we thought that we would put together a list of potential opponents for her at Wrestlemania 38. Here are some of the biggest potential matches for her at the event (and no Ronda Rousey is not included since she is pregnant).
5) Becky Lynch vs Asuka
Becky Lynch was forced to vacate the RAW Women’s Championship after she got pregnant. As a result, Becky handed the belt to Asuka, who had just won the Money in the Bank briefcase.
It seems like an easy storyline to set up for Becky Lynch and Asuka to face off at Wrestlemania 38. We never got to see them face off when Becky got pregnant, which keeps the door open for WWE to go in that direction when she returns.
This would make for a strong match for the RAW Women’s Championship at this event. It would require either Becky or Asuka to win the belt over the next several months.
4) Becky Lynch vs Rhea Ripley
Another route that WWE could go is Becky Lynch vs Rhea Ripley at Wrestlemania 38. With Rhea now on the WWE main roster, she is going to be a prime target for Becky to go after once she is back.
We have seen these two face off before. They faced off in NXT a few years back. Still, I think it would be a great match and I would love to see it.
I could see Becky vs Rhea happening at any of the big PPV events over the next year. This would be for the RAW Women’s Championship. It would likely be a really good match.
