This is very different from his real life persona. Cena said in an interview that he doesn’t have any tattoos because his mom disapproves.

“In the movie I have facial tattoos, but in real life I would never do that. I do not have any tattoos on my body . . . My mom would kill me if I was to do anything like that” (Source: Page Six).
