It turns out that the 5th member will be Natalya. Here is the announcement from Shane McMahon.

Natalya joins Carmella, Becky Lynch, Tamina and Naomi. They will face Asuka, Alicia Fox, Sasha Banks, Nia Jax and Bayley.
