3) The Shield Debuts
The Shield quickly became one of the most popular factions in WWE history. Did you know they made their debut at Survivor Series, back in 2012??? This launched the careers of 3 brand new WWE stars.
During the match between CM Punk, John Cena and Ryback for the WWE Championship in 2012, 3 mysterious men appeared from the crowd. They attacked Ryback, putting him through the announce table, allowing CM Punk to pin Cena and retain his title.
Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns were revealed as the 3 men, calling themselves the Shield, brought together to rally against injustices in WWE.

The trio had numerous memorable matches and moments since their debut at Survivor Series in 2012. All 3 have gone on to win World Titles in WWE as singles competitors. It all began for them at Survivor Series!
2) Sting Finally in a WWE Ring!!!
Sting is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers in history. He was also a rarity as before 2014, he never stepped foot inside of a WWE ring at any point of his career.
This all changed at Survivor Series 2014. The main event featured Team Cena (John Cena, Dolph Ziggler, Big Show, Erick Rowan, and Ryback) vs Team Authority (Seth Rollins, Kane, Mark Henry, Rusev and Luke Harper) in a Survivor Series elimination match. Sting appeared and hit Triple H with his signature: Scorpion Death Drop, costing Team Authority the win.

This set up the feud between Triple H and Sting, that ended in a match at Wrestlemania 31, where Sting ended up on the losing side. Cool that the first-time Sting stepped inside a WWE ring was at Survivor Series!
