On RAW this week (taped from Glasgow, Scotland), it was announced that Rusev and Sami Zayn would face off to determine who faces Dolph Ziggler at Survivor Series for the Intercontinental Championship. On Smackdown LIVE, Ziggler sent out an open challenge to anyone on RAW.
