NXT’s current strength and conditioning coach is Sean Hayes. You might recognize his name from his time with the NFL’s Houston Texans. Other than teaching the young talent of NXT about their bodies, he also can do an incredible Stone Cold Steve Austin impression.

They also sung happy birthday to NXT’s head coach: Matt Bloom in the video. Hayes makes fun of all the different personas that Bloom has had throughout his wrestling career.
