WWE fans haven’t seen Paige wrestle since prior to the 2016 WWE Draft. She suffered a neck injury and underwent successful neck surgery in October of 2016. As many people know, neck injuries are serious and have the potential to be career-ending if not taken care of properly.

Paige has made headlines over the past year (to say the least). Recently, her fiance: Alberto Del Rio, took some shots at WWE in a drunken periscope rant. Many fans wondered if these comments would affect Paige and her potential return to WWE.
Paige noted on Twitter that she was getting a check up with a doctor on Tuesday, which is a big step in her road back to the ring:

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, word backstage of WWE is that they expect Paige to return to the company before the end of the summer.
This is obviously dependent on how her recovery goes over the next few months. We will keep you updated with any news regarding her return.
