WWE’s Plans To Get More Fans To Watch 205 Live

205 Live made it’s debut on November 29th, 2016. The show airs after Smackdown Live and features talent that are in WWE’s Cruiserweight division. There have been rumors for the past few months that the show isn’t doing great numbers on the WWE Network.

There have been some solid matches on the show but it appears as if some WWE fans haven’t given it a chance or have been turned off by the show at some point.

According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), WWE is discussing ways to improve viewership for the show.

One of the ideas that is being talked about is using more main roster female’s on the show. We saw this recently with Sasha Banks teaming with Rich Swann. They feuded with Noam Dar and Alicia Fox. Fox has been appearing regularly on the show.

It also appears as if WWE is trying to mix in some of their male talent as well on the show. Titus O’Neil appeared on this weeks episode to try and recruit Akira Tozawa to the ‘Titus Brand’.

Will be interesting to see if there are more main roster talent crossing over to interact with the stars of 205 Live. Seems like a good choice to try and make fans stick around for 205 Live.
