Joe vs Brock is considered a ‘dream match’ for a lot of fans and the WWE has done a great job so far of building the match up.
Even when Joe was in NXT, he was very outspoken about his desire to face Brock. He will finally get his wish on Sunday night.
During the interview, Joe took a (quick) break from being his badass self to talk about how big of a match it is for him and his career:
“Brock was at the top of my list of guys that I wanted to work with. There are certain special guys in this industry and Brock is one of those special guys, and to be able to go out there and work with guys like that, that’s where legacies are built”
He is right, a win against Brock on Sunday would be massive for him moving forward. Heck, even a great performance in a loss will help him out a ton. His stock has already risen over the past few weeks.
