A lot of talk after Summerslam weekend had to do with beach balls. It all began during Summerslam where Cesaro grabbed one of the beach balls flying around the crowd and popped it. For the next few days on both Monday Night RAW and Smackdown, a number of beach balls were brought into the arena and were a distraction during matches.

Some fans hated the beach balls taking away from the show. Others felt like it was just the crowd having some fun.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, beach balls (and other pool items) were officially banned from Smackdown Live last night:
“WWE officially banned not just beach balls but all pool-related paraphenalia from last night’s Smackdown”
This didn’t stop a few fans from sneaking in beach balls as there were a few flying around throughout Smackdown Live. Johnson says that any beach balls were confiscated as quickly as possible. Some fans were even thrown out last night for bringing them in.
PWInsider believes that this will be a permanent ban moving forward. If you dislike the beach balls, it looks like your wish was granted.

I’m glad they are banned, your there to enjoy the show not play with your balls. Don’t understand why people would pay so much for a ticket, then not want to watch the show.
Good for WWE. They should also boot anyone who holds up a big sign above his head when something is going on in the ring.
