John Cena Compares His Feud With Roman Reigns To Michael Jordan vs Lebron James & Explains Why

John Cena was recently a guest on the Michael Kay Show. During the interview, he spoke on a wide variety of topics. One of these topics was about his current feud with Roman Reigns.

Peter Rosenberg compared the feud between Reigns and Cena to a 2017 version of Hulk Hogan vs the Ultimate Warrior. Cena instead chose to put it into a sports context.

In the world of Basketball, there is some debate among fans on who the better basketball player is between Michael Jordan and Lebron James. Since their careers are so many years apart, we will never get to see Jordan and Lebron face off in their primes.

Here is what Cena said about his feud with Reigns:

“I guess the best interpretation of it, it would be like Michael Jordan being able to play Lebron James in a game of one-on-one. I think that’s a much better comparison because everybody wanted to be like Mike and now Lebron is the front-runner and the face of the NBA. It is kind of like that scenario. Michael Jordan being a very competitive man, I am kind of, of the same cloth. I don’t want to go quietly in the night so to speak. For the past few weeks of WWE, I have been making sure that if this guy, Roman Reigns says he is the future of the WWE, I want to see if our future is in good hands”

Sports fans, are you okay with the comparison? If not, what rivalry would you compare it to?
