This information comes to us from the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here). Dave Meltzer reports that Eddie Colón (Primo) is on his way back from injury very soon. Here are some more details:
Primo (of The Colóns) has been out of action since June after he suffered a knee injury. It is unclear how the injury happened but he had his knee surgically repaired sometime in July (according to a report from a few months ago).
His tag team partner: Epico, hasn’t been seen on WWE Television but has been working live events by himself over the past few months.
Meltzer says that it is possible that The Colóns could be the ones revealed as Breezango’s mystery attackers but this isn’t for sure. Regardless, it looks like they will be back really soon.
The Colóns were getting a small push prior to the injury to Primo. This included a win against American Alpha. It will be interesting to see how Smackdown Live uses them.
