You have likely heard the news by now of WWE bringing back the ‘Starrcade’ name for an upcoming live event. ‘Starrcade’ is something that many old-school wrestling fans will recognize from Jim Crockett promotions and WCW. It was created by the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes and ran from 1983 until 2000.

Cody and Brandi Rhodes took to social media to comment on WWE bringing back the ‘Starrcade’ event.

It is unclear at the moment if this will be used as a WWE Network special or if this will just be a treat for the fans in North Carolina. We will have to wait and see.
