As you likely have heard by now, rumors currently suggest that we will be seeing a Champion vs Champion match in the main event of Survivor Series. Current rumors suggest that WWE Universal Champion: Brock Lesnar is penciled in to face off against WWE Champion: Jinder Mahal.

Here are some more details about this match.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio (subscribe here), a Champion vs Champion match has been planned by WWE for a long time. Even before it was going to be Brock vs Jinder, the idea was talked about as being the plan.
Neither title will be on the line. Also, Meltzer says that it is expected that there will be a few more RAW vs Smackdown matches on the show.
Jinder has been pitching a potential match with Brock for some time now. Here is what he said in a recent interview with ESPN about his dream opponent:
“For right now, how about Brock Lesnar. The WWE champion versus the Universal Champion. That’s blockbuster of a match.”
