The 2017 edition of Survivor Series takes place on November 19th in Houston. Survivor Series is always one of the biggest shows of the year and WWE will be looking to stack the card.
If a new rumor is to be believed, WWE is planning on booking an interesting main event of the show that involves title holders from both RAW and Smackdown Live.
Survivor Series Main Event
According to Dave Meltzer in his daily update for f4wonline, the planned main event of Survivor Series is Jinder Mahal vs Brock Lesnar. Here is what he posted:
“Brock Lesnar vs. Jinder Mahal, with neither championship at stake, is right now the planned main event for Survivor Series in Houston on 11/19”
This is interesting because previous rumors suggested that Finn Balor would be in this spot instead. It also makes sense as a non-title match so Jinder can hold onto his title until the December shows in India.
The real question is, will fans have any interest in this as the main event?
