Storyline Speculation By IWNerd
Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe are currently feuding on Monday Night RAW. It all began when Joe choked out Reigns on the entrance ramp after he successfully retained his Intercontinental Championship. This past week, Joe interfered in the RAW Tag Team Title match, costing Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins the chance to win their titles back.

The Joe and Reigns feud has started off strong but there is only one problem, the next Pay-Per-View event is not until January 28th (Royal Rumble).
As a result, I speculate that WWE is going to hold off on Reigns vs Joe for the Intercontinental Title until the Rumble. The match seems big enough that it should be saved for a Pay-Per-View, in my opinion at least.
So how are they going to hold off?
It appears as if we are building towards a 6-man tag team match: the Shield vs Joe, Sheamus & Cesaro. This will likely take place over the next few weeks on RAW. This will allow Reigns and Joe to still feud, while not having to face off in a singles match.

Also, it looks like WWE teased a triple threat at some point that could happen on RAW. That would be between Reigns, Joe & Jason Jordan. This came after they all attacked one another during the opening hour of RAW. That is another possible match they could do in order to kill some time.
In conclusion, I think that WWE will save Joe vs Reigns for the Intercontinental Title until the Rumble (both guys could still enter the Rumble match later). What do you guys think will happen? Let us know in the comment section below.
