Rich Swann was suspended by WWE after he was arrested back in December. In January, all of the charges against Swann were dismissed due to “insufficient evidence”. Still, Swann hadn’t been brought back by WWE.

WWE and Swann agreed to part ways on February 15th. Here is the statement from WWE:
“Rich Swann and WWE have mutually agreed to part ways as of today, February 15, 2018.
WWE wishes Swann the best in all of his future endeavors”
