News broke last month that Rich Swann had been arrested. He was charged with false imprisonment/kidnapping and a misdemeanor charge of battery after an alleged incident took place with his wife (best known to wrestling fans as Su Yung). Swann has been suspended indefinitely by WWE.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were speakers at the Television Critics Association Winter Tour event on Tuesday night. They were asked about Swann’s status.
Triple H had this to say:
“We are just waiting on legal. We have a zero-tolerance policy on that, as you’ve seen, so he’s suspended until it is determined legally one way or the other.”
Stephanie also added:
“And if he’s convicted, he will be released.”
Triple H followed up Stephanie’s comment by saying: “Immediately.”
