8) Bobby Roode
I don’t see Bobby Roode winning this match at all because of how they’ve booked former NXT champions and how he’s been booked so far. Bobby Roode is on the bottom of the list for this match. He should stay in the mid-card scene for a little bit more until the title comes off Lesnar. Than he’ll be after that Universal Title. Roode is last in line to win this match.
7) Braun Strowman
Braun has been pushed to just under the line of world champion and needs that extra little bit to get there. That is what this MITB ladder match is for. While saying that, I do not see Braun winning because big guys never win MITB. The only big guy who has ever won MITB is Kane and he cashed it in that night. Braun is better off without the case and on his own destroying things. Braun is my 7th person in line to win this match.
6) Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens could have won this match if he wasn’t paired Sami and wasn’t being booked terribly. Kevin has not won a match since February 20th and I don’t see him winning this match because of that. If this match was last year then I would’ve put him towards the top in terms of winning this match. Kevin Owens is just in a bad spot right now in WWE and I do not see that changing in this ladder match. We could also see Sami turn on him in this match by pushing the ladder over, all depends on WWE and where they want to go. Owens is 6th in line to win this match.
5) New Day member (Big E probably)
Big E has been rumored to be getting a big singles push this year and this would be a great stepping stone for him to get to the next level. That is what this match is all about, getting superstars to the next level. Like Baron Corbin last year, that got him to the next level until they screwed him. They should not give the briefcase to former champs or people who have won various titles before. Big E hasn’t gotten many chances as a true singles competitor. As a result, Big E is 5th in line to win this match.
