4) Samoa Joe
Samoa Joe is my favorite guy on the Smackdown roster and deserves that title. Samoa Joe having that briefcase would be great for TV and great for him. He has all the traits to become champion. Samoa Joe is 4th in line to win this match.

3) Finn Balor
Balor has been in a flux since he got injured and doesn’t have that same extra spunk that he had in NXT. But with that briefcase, he could easily get back into the main title scene. Balor is a prime candidate to win the ladder match because he deserves that Universal Title and has always kept his eyes on it. Balor is my 3rd person in line to win this match.
2) Rusev
Rusev has the crowd behind him, his wife next to him, and his best friend watching his bac. The one thing that Rusev doesn’t have is Vince giving him what he deserves. Vince did allow him to beat Daniel Bryan on Smackdown but that won’t mean anything unless he wins the ladder match. Rusev is my number 2 pick to win the ladder match. It is time to put the title on Rusev, ON RUSEV DAY!
1) The Miz
Miz has not had a major title since 2011, and he has been a major star in WWE since then. With his new show coming up and his rising status in WWE, The Miz is my pick to win the MITB ladder match. I would say he wins it then cashes in on Daniel Bryan down the road. The Miz is first in line to win this match.
