Goldberg announced this week on RAW that he would be competing in the 2017 Royal Rumble match in the Alamodome in San Antonio. He announced that Stephanie McMahon asked him if he had one more World title run left in him, to which he answered YES!

It looks like the Rumble is getting even more star-filled. Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that according to their sources, Brock Lesnar will also be competing in the Royal Rumble match.
The website also broke the news after Survivor Series that Goldberg would be entering the Rumble.We are confident in trusting them for this one as well!

Many thought WWE would re-create the storyline of 2004 where Brock Lesnar cost Goldberg his opportunity at winning Rumble. Goldberg cost Brock his WWE title against Eddie Guerrero in retaliation the following month. This set up their match at Wrestlemania XX.
It looks like both of these beasts will be competing in the Rumble match. Should be a lot of fireworks. This is turning out to be one of the best Royal Rumbles of all time and we are still months away from the event!
I am glad they aren’t completely redoing the storyline from 2004. This is something fresh that adds a ton of interest to the event!
