Roman Reigns has received an enormous amount of backlash from wrestling fans due to his push from WWE as the top guy. As many fans know, the push of Roman Reigns over the past few years has been one of the top stories in all of professional wrestling.

This push has led to a lot of fans disliking the character of Reigns. He receives a large amount of boos every-time that he appears in front of the crowd.
So why does WWE keep pushing Roman Reigns or why don’t they just turn him heel?
According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), now that John Cena is considered a part-time talent, Roman Reigns is the top merchandise seller in WWE (among full-time stars).
As hated as ‘The Big Dog’ is by some, fans are still buying his merchandise. At the end of the day, WWE is a business and they are going to do what is best for them.
This goes with Triple H’s recent comments, where he said in a recent interview about Roman Reigns turning heel:
“People can look at Roman Reigns and say, ‘The failed attempt that is Roman Reigns,’ but Roman Reigns sells tickets”

Don’t expect WWE to change their booking of Roman Reigns anytime soon, even though many believe that a heel turn would be incredible for him in the long-run.

Roman Reigns is why I still watch WWE, after their stupid descisons in 2016 to push underdogs like Kevin Owens, fin Balor, Sami etc Don’t compare Roman with John Cena or Rock, he is even legendary than the Undertaker, Hulk Hogan and Andre the giant.
