Bayley Gives Her Thoughts On A Women’s Royal Rumble Match

As Women’s wrestling has progressed so much over the past year or so, the question becomes what is next? As the 2017 Royal Rumble approaches, some fans have wondered about a Women’s Royal Rumble match and if there is a chance we could see it.

Bayley recently appeared on the Montgomery Advertiser’s Piledriver podcast where she spoke on a wide variety of topics. One of these topics was about a Women’s Royal Rumble match.

Bayley doesn’t think WWE has enough girls right now on the roster but thinks it would be fun if they were able to use NXT talent to help fill it out.

“I kind of honestly think we need a few more girls to do something like that because the guys have 30 men. We don’t have many girls. Even if it was Raw and Smackdown combined, I don’t think it would make it 20. If we had more girls brought in, maybe like NXT girls, that would be really cool and I think it would be a lot of fun.”

She isn’t wrong, counting both the RAW and Smackdown Live rosters, there are probably around 15 girls they could use. Maybe wait until 2018 as they sign more talent in the upcoming year.
