Big Matches and News Announced For The July 4th RAW
The July 4th RAW is rumored to be the lowest rated RAW in WWE history because of the date it falls upon. The 4th of July is huge holiday in the United States which likely will keep American viewers from watching the show. As a result of this, the WWE has planned some big matches and news for the July 4th RAW on Monday. RAW this week takes place in the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

The WWE announced the following on their website:
-Dean Ambrose vs The Miz in a Champion vs Champion match. Dean is the current WWE Champion and The Miz is the current Intercontinental Championship. This will be a non-title match.
-Team USA vs Team World in a 16 man elimination match. No word yet on who will represent the USA or the World teams.
-Rusev vs Titus O’Neil for the WWE United States Championship.
-A former Smackdown GM will appear.

I really like the WWE announcing this prior to try and get some viewers. The Team USA vs World should be fun. You better believe Team USA will be winning on the 4th of July! Always love seeing title matches during RAW but I really doubt Titus has any shot here. We just saw the Miz vs Ambrose on Smackdown this week so nothing special about that one.
Any predictions for the former Smackdown GM?
I really believe that the show is going to do poorly though, regardless of the matches they announce. I am not American but I know that the 4th of July is a huge event where many people are unlikely to stay in and watch their televisions.

Ambrose vs Miz is a great idea for two reasons. 1. They had a great match on SmackDown where both men looked like a million bucks. 2. Since RAW is in Columbus, OH, having two Ohio boys in the main event should mean a hot crowd.
I don’t have much hope for Titus/Rusev either, They MIGHT have Titus win to make the crowd happy, but I wouldn’t bank on it lasting long.
Team USA vs Team World should be another crowd pleaser.
SmackDown GM? Would like to see Paul Heyman, Kurt Angle, or Vickie Guerrero.
Doesnt seem like a solid line up at all. I will be missing this Raw and taking my son to the firework show & then popping fireworks afterwards. As much as a big wrestling fan me and my son are, sometimes other things are a little bit more important
