Bobby Roode defeated Shinsuke Nakamura at NXT Takeover: San Antonio. By doing so, he became the new, NXT Champion. It was a great match between both guys and Roode was able to take advantage of the injured leg of Nakamura. It turned out to be a ‘GLORIOUS’ night for Roode.

Roode was interviewed after the match backstage. He says that less than a year ago he walked into NXT. He said that he was going to make a change and it would be Bobby Roode’s NXT. He says that Bobby Roode’s era has just begun and it will be simply: ‘GLORIOUS’!
