It is hard to believe that Braun Strowman has only been wrestling for a couple of years now. Over the past year he has turned into a legitimate main event talent and has proved it with some solid matches.
Braun was recently interviewed by TV Insider where he spoke on a wide variety of topics. One of these topics was about his relationship with his boss: Vince McMahon.
You might have heard Mick Foley’s story of Vince chewing out Braun backstage. This came after Braun said “Title Shot” instead of “Title Match”.
Here is what Braun said about his relationship with Vince:
“Vince has been adamant that everything I do be spot-on, and when it’s not, I know. That’s part of the reason I take pride in what I do and give 100 percent of what I am capable of giving. That’s because I know that not only are there millions of fans watching to make sure I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing, but the boss himself is watching, too. He is so hands-on and wants me to be a peak performance at all times.”
When we hear Vince is working hands on with a talent, that usually means that he sees something big in them. Strowman has the look, strength and athleticism, plus he will only continue to improve inside of the ring as he gains more experience. Pair that with Vince’s support and his future is very bright.
