Braun Strowman – Update On His Return

WWE announced on Monday afternoon that Braun Strowman had suffered a ‘shattered’ elbow after a recent attack from Roman Reigns. It was announced that Strowman successfully underwent surgery and would be out for possibly 6 months as he recovers.

This was a big shock to fans as it was originally reported that he would only be out for about 4 to 8 weeks and the surgery was minor.

Some good news for fans of Strowman. According to Dave Meltzer in the daily update on F4WOnline.com, the 6 month timeline that WWE is giving is a ‘work’:

“The WWE reported today that Braun Strowman underwent surgery on Thursday in Birmingham with Dr. Jeffrey Dugas. The WWE claimed his elbow was shattered and he will be out up to six months, but that timetable is a work”

If what Dave is saying is accurate, we can assume that Strowman could still be within the original timeframe of 4 to 8 weeks of recovery time. Having him come back a few months earlier than he is expected will make him look like even more of a monster in the eyes of fans.

We will let you know when we hear any more details on the situation. Hopefully it is in the 4 to 8 weeks and not closer to 6 months.
