Camera Angle Shows Opening Money In The Bank Match Wasn’t A Botch

Camera Angle Shows Opening Money In The Bank Match Wasn’t A Botch.

The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas erupted after they thought Enzo and Big Cass won the WWE tag team titles at Money In The Bank. It appeared from watching at home, that the ref counted to 3 after Enzo pinned Karl Anderson but the ref didn’t count it. It looked like Gallows missed his cue and pulled Enzo off Anderson way too late, which caused the botch. From watching it on TV or in the arena it was hard to tell. It turns out that it wasn’t a botch at all but the crowd miscounted after Anderson’s shoulders were not fully down.

According to a new camera angle caught by someone in attendance of Money In The Bank, we can see that it wasn’t actually a botch, it was actually great refereeing. Anderson’s shoulders were up and the crowd counted too early before the ref started his count. This gives a pretty great perspective into what happened and makes a lot of sense why Gallows didn’t pull him off sooner.

Pretty interesting to see considering most people thought it was a massive botch. I can understand how people in attendance miscounted though as it looked like the ref hit the mat with his first one.
