Braun Strowman did not end up wrestling at the WWE live event in Jacksonville this weekend. This was odd because he was being advertised for the main event against Bray Wyatt for the Universal Championship.
We have an update for you on why Strowman missed this show.
According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, Braun is dealing with some injuries right now.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
Braun Strowman missed last night’s house show in Jacksonville where he was scheduled for the main event against The Fiend for the Universal title. We were told back spasms, but the official word is a sore hip and that he is expected to be back in action in a few days.
The good news is that it sounds minor. My guess is that they will keep him off the TLC PPV, just to be safe. He doesn’t currently have a match scheduled for the event anyways.
