You have likely been keeping up with the lawsuit between Dr. Chris Amann (who works for WWE), CM Punk and Colt Cabana. On Tuesday, both sides gave their closing arguments before the jury deliberates.

It turns out that Amann is asking for a LOT of money in damages.
He is asking for $1 per stream of the podcast [note: This was Punk’s appearance on Colt Cabana’s Art Of Wrestling podcast from after he left WWE]. This works out to be close to $4 million dollars+:
Dr. Amman’s lawyer just finished his 90+ minute closing argument.
Amann is seeking $1 in damages per stream of the podcast for a total of $3,989,000 + punitive damages.
Punk & Cabana’s lawyers will make their closing arguments after the morning break in a few minutes.

This is much more than the $1 million dollars that he was originally seeking.
