Eva Marie was recently interviewed by the International Business Times. During the interview she spoke on a wide variety of topics about her wrestling career. One of the most interesting comments was when she said that top WWE stars have told her that they would love to have the type of crowd reaction that she gets.
It is well-known that wrestling fans love to pepper Eva Marie with boos whenever she is around. She gets constant ‘You Can’t Wrestle’ chants and other negative reactions.
Here is what she said when asked about performing in front of a hostile NXT crowd:
“The NXT crowd is no joke. Not only going out to those live crowds and those live audiences to work at those live events, not only my in-ring ability, but also to listen to the crowd and really play off of that emotion and their feelings and be able to give them a great show really helped me take it to the next level. It was a fantastic experience”
On top guys in WWE wanting the heat she has:
“Who can say that they get booed out of arenas on a daily basis? I embrace it with open arms. Even top guys come up to me and they’re like, ‘You don’t understand. We would pay for that heat”
