NXT taped their next several weeks of shows at Full Sail University on Wednesday night. Here are the results (a spoiler warning applies for the next few weeks of NXT TV):
— Luke Menzies defeated Sean Maluta in a dark match.
— Johnny Gargano cuts a promo about his NXT North American Championship win. Tommaso Ciampa comes out and says that they are great together. Gargano responds by saying that they aren’t together and he did it all by himself.
- Velveteen Dream interrupts. He says that because he won the Worlds Collide Tournament, he gets a shot at whatever belt he wants. He is choosing Gargano and the NXT North American Championship.
— Jaxson Ryker defeated Mansoor.
- After the match, the Forgotten Sons cut a promo and say that they’re heading for the tag team titles.
— Drew Gulak defeated Bugenhagen.
- After the match, Gulak challenged anyone backstage to a match. His challenge was answered by Matt Riddle.
— Matt Riddle defeated Drew Gulak.
— Bianca Belair, Io Shirai, and Kairi Sane defeated Jessamyn Duke, Marina Shafir, and Shayna Baszler.
— Dominik Dijakovic defeated Shane Thorne.
— Kassius Ohno cut a promo and said that he is sick of Full Sail. He said that he has plenty of places to go where they will appreciate him. Keith Lee comes out and knocks Ohno out.
— The Street Profits defeated Humberto Carrillo and Stacey Ervin, Jr.
- After the match, the Street Profits called the War Raiders out. Instead, Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel answer, saying that they deserve a title shot more. Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan come out, followed by the War Raiders.
- Undisputed ERA ended up joining in as well, leading to a big brawl between teams. The War Raiders stood tall to close the segment.
— Aaliyah defeated Taynara Conti after some help from Vanessa Borne.
- After the match, Shayna Baszler, Jessamyne Duke, and Marina Shafir beat down all three of them.
— Ricochet defeated Adam
- After the match, the Undisputed Era attacked Ricochet. They also took out Aleister Black, who attempted to make the save.
— Punishment Martinez defeated Riddick Moss.
— Keith Lee defeated Kassius Ohno.
— Aleister Black defeated Roderick Strong
- After the match, the Undisputed Era attacked Black. Ricochet was able to successfully make the save this time.
— Mia Yim defeated Xia Li.
- After the
match Shayna, Jessamyn, and Marina beat down several members of the Women’s locker room.
— Velveteen Dream first defeated Johnny Gargano to win the NXT North American Championship.
- After the match, Gargano attacked Dream and stole the belt back.
UPDATE: WWE taped two finishes. They re-shot the ending so Gargano retained the Title. This was presumably done to keep fans guessing as they can air either finish on the actual episode.
