Hideo Itami just returned from injury a couple of weeks ago. He was out for over a year with a shoulder injury. We have some bad news to report about Hideo, who reportedly was injured again at an NXT live event. It looks like he could be out for a number of months.
ProWrestlingSheet.com reports that Itami injured his neck at a recent WWE live event. The injury could keep him out of action for a number of months according to their report. ProWrestlingSheet has a great track record with breaking news stories so it looks like this is legit.
The injury occurred at an NXT Live Event. Itami was teaming with Shinsuke Nakamura to take on Riddick Moss and Tino Sabbatelli. Itami was dropped on his head after a botched powerslam by Moss.

Let us know what you think. Such a shame
I honestly think something should be done to Riddick Moss. I understand that accidents happen, but this specific accident put a main event talent on the shelf. That stuff should never be tolerated. I guarantee no one will ever mess up another powerslam ever again if this guy gets fired for it.
No doubt. He totally botched that move
I agree
