Aiden English has been working on the commentary team for 205 Live over the past few months. He replaced Percy Watson back in January.
We have an interesting update to pass your way on Aiden’s future with WWE.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider says that English is now taking outside bookings, which hints that he has likely signed a full-time commentary contract with WWE. Here is what Johnson wrote:
Aiden English is starting to take convention bookings. He is scheduled for the 6/1 Legends of the Ring convention in Monroe, NJ, likely a sign that he’s signed a full-time announcer’s contract with WWE as talent contracts don’t allow for such bookings.
