One of the major stories in WWE right now is the departure of Dean Ambrose. WWE keeps making it clear (on televisison) that Dean’s contract will be expiring with the company in April.
We noted prior that Dean is not featured on any of the promotional material for Summerslam. We have some more Dean-related news to pass your way.
WWE is now advertising that the Shield will have a new member at live events in May.
Braun Strowman is being advertised as an ‘honorary Shield member’ for some shows in the place of Dean Ambrose:
We have seen this happen in the past with Triple H and Kurt Angle both joining forces with the Shield. Looks like Braun will be getting his turn as a member of the group. No word yet on if this will translate to television of if this will remain as just a fun thing for live events.
