The NXT Fresno show had a main event of Samoa Joe and Austin Aries vs Shinsuke Nakamura and No Way Jose. The match ended earlier with an apparent injury to Aries after a kick to the face from Nakamura. The referee threw up the dreaded ‘X’ symbol and the match was stopped.

Not sure how serious the injury is. He was able to walk out under his own power, so that is certainly a good sign! Get well soon Aries and hope you are good to go for NXT Takeover Toronto!
