January 9th 2017 RAW Viewership Numbers

This weeks episode of Monday Night RAW featured the return of two legends. The ‘Heartbreak Kid’ Shawn Michaels appeared in order to promote his new movie: ‘The Resurrection of Gavin Stone’. The Undertaker announced that he would be entering the 2017 Royal Rumble match. How was viewership for this week?

This weeks episode of RAW drew 2.907 million viewers. This is down from last weeks episode that drew 3.046 million viewers that featured an appearance from Goldberg.

Hourly breakdown for this weeks RAW:

  • Hour 1 – 3.014 million viewers.
  • Hour 2 – 3.019 million viewers.
  • Hour 3 – 2.689 million viewers.

Obviously a pretty large dip in the final hour of the show. RAW had some tough competition, going up against The College Football National Championship game between Alabama and Clemson that ran at the same time. Considering the competition, WWE should be satisfied with the numbers.
