You are NOT dreaming, Jinder Mahal is the new WWE Champion. He was able to defeat Randy Orton at Backlash to win the title, shocking the WWE Universe in the process. His title win has gotten people talking (to say the least) and it is an interesting decision by WWE.
Jinder was interviewed backstage after winning the title alongside the Singh Brothers. He was asked how he feels about becoming the new champion.
Jinder has a message for the WWE Universe, letting them know that he told them so. He also plans to be champion for a long time and says fans better get used to it:
