In case you missed it, John Cena hosted this past weekends episode of Saturday Night Live. There has been a lot of online praise for Cena and the job that he did on the show. It appears as if a lot of people tuned in to watch Cena perform!!

According to Deadline.com, the show did a 4.8 live same day rating. This was the highest number the show has received since the post-election show hosted by Dave Chappelle. The episode is also up from last weeks show hosted by Emma Stone that drew 4.4.
The Rock drew only a 3.7 when he hosted for comparison.

A great accomplishment for Cena. Just shows that he has extreme mainstream appeal. When he decides to officially get into acting full-time, he will have no problem finding success.
