Kairi Sane (better known as Kairi Hojo) recently signed with WWE and is one of the biggest names participating in the Mae Young Classic tournament.

Kairi came into the company with a lot of hype, with many fans regarding her as one of the top female wrestler’s in the world. Kairi competed in the Mae Young Classic tournament, that will begin to air in August on the WWE Network.
According to a report from Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Kairi was injured during the tournament. According to the report, she suffered a concussion during one of her matches. She also is reportedly dealing with some neck pain.
Some more information is below but warning, some Mae Young Classic tournament spoilers are ahead!
The good news is that she will be reportedly cleared to return in early August from her injury. This will still allow her to compete in the Mae Young Classic finals in September.
Never great to hear about an injury but good news is that it won’t keep her from missing the tournament.
