There were some videos that were circulating, showing NJPW superstar: Kazuchika Okada in attendance of Monday Night RAW this week. It turns out that he also attended Smackdown Live and there is a pretty cool story to go along with it.

According to rapper: Mega Ran (who was a part of the New Day’s corner in their rap battle on Smackdown Live), Okada was backstage for the entire episode of Smackdown.
He says that Okada stood at the Gorilla Position for the entire show and was shaking hands with everybody. Gorilla Position for those that don’t know is the place behind the curtain, right before the wrestler’s go to the ring. Here was the story from Mega Ran’s instagram page:
“MEGA RAINMAKER!!! The best part about meeting #KazuchikaOkada was seeing him backstage standing at gorilla all show, shaking hands with everyone before and after they hit the ring, wishing them luck and congratulating them. Watching a legend be that humble and respectful was super inspiring”
Pretty darn cool. Maybe we will see Okada in a WWE ring one day. We will have to wait and see.
