Wrestlemania is the biggest show of the year for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). The first event took place in 1985 and it has grown into one of the biggest events of the year in not only wrestling but for all sporting events. The main event of Wrestlemania I was Hulk Hogan and Mr. T (with Jimmy Snuka) vs. Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff (with Bob Orton). Muhammad Ali and Pat Patterson were the special guest referees for the match.
Wrestlemania II (1986)
The main event of Wrestlemania II was Hulk Hogan vs. King Kong Bundy. This was a steel cage match for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship.
Wrestlemania III (1987)
The main event of Wrestlemania III was Hulk Hogan vs. André the Giant. This was for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship.
Wrestlemania IV (1988)
The main event of Wrestlemania IV was Randy Savage vs. Ted DiBiase. This was for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship.
Wrestlemania V (1989)
The main event of Wrestlemania V was Randy Savage vs. Hulk Hogan. This was for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship.
Wrestlemania VI (1990)
The main event of Wrestlemania VI was the Ultimate Warrior vs. Hulk Hogan. This was a Title vs Title match. Warrior was the WWF Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion and Hogan was WWF World Heavyweight Champion.

The main event of Wrestlemania VII was Sgt. Slaughter vs. Hulk Hogan. This was for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship.

The main event of Wrestlemania VIII was Hulk Hogan vs. Sid Justice.
Wrestlemania IX (1993)
The main event of Wrestlemania IX was Yokozuna vs Bret Hart. This was for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship.

The main event of Wrestlemania XI was Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Lawrence Taylor.
Wrestlemania XII (1996)
The main event of Wrestlemania XII was Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels. This was a 60-minute Iron Man match for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship.
