Hard to believe that it has been nearly 20 years since the Hardy Boyz rose to popularity in the WWE. The team is widely considered as one of the best tag teams in WWE history and have been a part of many fun matches and moments. They are also still wrestling in 2017, something that is crazy considering their style.

WWE released a video where the Hardy’s shared some advice to their younger selves when they first started in WWE.
Here was Matt’s advice:
“We would say to the men in this photo, just slow down, be smarter…because as you age, you need to learn to take care of your body. If if we were telling these guys this (points to photograph of Hardy Boyz), these two guys who were invincible at this time…they most likely wouldn’t have listened. Because the only way you truly learn is to get hurt, and you only learn it through experience. That’s why we are at the point we are right now”
Jeff’s advice:
“Don’t ever change”
