More Backstage Notes On The Plans After The WWE Draft

It was rumored last week that WWE was considering doing another draft when Smackdown moves over to FOX. John Pollock of POST Wrestling later reported that WWE will be doing a draft on the October 11th edition of Smackdown Live and the October 14th edition of Monday Night RAW.

We have a few more backstage notes to pass your way about WWE doing another draft.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE stars have been told that there will be stronger boundaries between brands after this draft. Here is what he wrote:

Talents had been told there would be stronger boundaries between the brands come this Fall, so that makes sense.

We have been given the impression the Wild Card rule will end up eliminated as well, but things change on a whim in that company.

My Take: This is great news. Keep both brands completely separate and have them feel like they are competing with one another.
