You might have noticed something during the backstage segment between Kevin Owens and Kurt Angle on RAW this week. This was when Owens attempted to leave the building after he interfered in the match between Finn Balor and Braun Strowman.

If you have a keen eye, you notice that someone was getting stretchered out during the segment. Here is a photo and a video:

This did not look to be a part of the segment. Hopefully, the person stretchered out is okay.
