I have decided to put together my predictions for the next NXT call ups that I think will happen. I have also included the timeframe for when I think that they will be called up.
Predictions For Upcoming NXT Call Ups
5) Candice LeRae
There is still a lot left for Candice LeRae to do in NXT. While saying that, I think that she is needed more on the WWE main roster right now than she is in NXT.
In my opinion, Smackdown needs some strong female babyfaces. I think that Candice LeRae would be a great addition to the roster. She is really talented and fans seem to always rally behind her. There are also some fun feuds waiting for Candice on Smackdown. That includes with both Sasha Banks and Bayley. I would love to see either of those feuds play out on WWE television.
I think that WWE will call up Candice at some point after Wrestlemania 36. This would instantly provide Smackdown with a great feud for the Women’s Championship.
Timeframe Prediction: Right After Wrestlemania 36
4) Matt Riddle
Matt Riddle is one of the next male Superstars who I see getting moved to either RAW or Smackdown.
Riddle is a talented dude. He has done a good job at building towards matches on the main roster that fans want to see. That includes Riddle vs Goldberg and Riddle vs Brock Lesnar. To me, Riddle seems like a guy that will have way more success on the main roster than he did in NXT. That is just a gut feeling that I have based on his character. I think that causal fans will really dig his ‘bro’ gimmick.
I could see Riddle on either RAW or Smackdown. My guess is that he is a surprise call up on the RAW or Smackdown after Wrestlemania 36.
