4) The Undisputed Era Will Retain Their Tag Team Titles (But It Will Be A Coming Out Party For Lorcan And Burch)

The Undisputed Era will defend their NXT Tag Team Titles against Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch. It seems like a pretty safe prediction that the Undisputed Era will retain their Titles. They seem to be firing on all cylinders right now as a faction.

While saying that, I think this will be a great showcase for Lorcan and Burch. There are a lot of fans who only watch NXT Takeover specials and have no idea who Burch and Lorcan are. I think they will make some new fans with their performance, so it won’t be all bad for them.

5) Pete Dunne Gets Involved

Last year at Takeover: Chicago, Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate tore down the house. I think that this year we will see Pete Dunne make an appearance at the event. This will come at some point during the NXT Tag Team Title match.

My guess is that the Undisputed Era continues to attack Lorcan and Burch after the match. This leads to Pete Dunne making the save.

This will set up The Undisputed Era vs Dunne, Lorcan, and Burch at the WWE UK Championship Tournament special or somewhere else down the road.

6) The NXT Championship Match Will Be Better Than Expected

Aleister Black will defend his NXT Championship against Lars Sullivan at Takeover: Chicago. When this match was first announced, fans were less than thrilled with Black facing Sullivan. Some fans don’t think that Sullivan is ready.

While they might be right, I think this match is going to be better than expected. I don’t think it will be the match of the night but I think it will be fun. Black is extremely talented and I think he could put on a good match with just about anyone.

I think this match will be solid and fans will be surprised.
