NXT Takeover: New York will be taking place on April 5th at the Barclays Center. This will be two nights prior to Wrestlemania 35.
WWE taped their next few weeks of shows leading into Takeover. As a result, we have some spoilers to pass your way on the match card for the event. I have to say, it is looking pretty stacked.
Here is the match card (an obvious spoiler warning applies):
— Johnny Gargano vs. Adam Cole in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match for the Vacant NXT Championship.
— Matt Riddle vs. Velveteen Dream for the NXT North American Championship.
— Kairi Sane vs. Io Shirai vs. Bianca Belair vs. Shayna Baszler for the NXT Women’s Championship.
— Ricochet and Aleister Black vs. The War Raiders for the NXT Tag Team Championships.
— WALTER vs. Pete Dunne for the WWE United Kingdom Championship.
What a damn card! Can’t wait for the event.
