Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that Police have determined Paige should be charged with battery (domestic violence). This comes after news broke last weeks of the airport incident with Alberto Del Rio. It is up to the State Attorney’s office in Orlando to make the final decision if she will be charged or not.

Here is a statement that was sent to Pro Wrestling Sheet:
“OPD detectives have found that probable cause exists to charge Saraya Bevis with Battery (Domestic Violence). Detectives have sent the information to the State Attorney’s Office for review and the SAO will determine whether to file charges in the case.”
It is also mentioned in the report that the investigation into Alberto is not complete.
Satin also says he has reached out to WWE about this since they have a zero tolerance policy about domestic violence:
Since WWE has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to domestic violence investigations, I’ve reached out to them for comment on Paige.

Paige released a statement a week ago where she said she was being held for battery charges because she threw a beer on Alberto:
